ACCOMMODATIONS

By booking your accommodation reservation(s) with Red Hot Vegas, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• All reservations booked with us will be charged to your credit card approximately 48 hours after submission of your credit card/billing information for items booked or earlier if applicable.  If you cancel for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee up to 100% of the total amount booked, based on individual hotel policies.  The total price is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees.
• Hotel rooms are non-transferable and valid for only the name(s), times and dates supplied during the buying process. 
• When you book your hotel accommodations with us, you authorize us to transmit your name, e-mail address and phone number to the hotel at which you booked the accommodations, as this is necessary for the booking and confirmation process.
• Red Hot Vegas is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect purchase price.  In a situation where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price, Red Hot Vegas is not responsible to fulfill the order.  In such situations, the customer will be notified and given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase, or purchasing the accommodation at the correct price.

• You will be notified before the reservation order is completed and your credit card is charged if a reservation is non-transferable or non-changeable.
• You may cancel or change your prepaid reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee according to the specific hotel policy.  No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.  Cancellation requests that fall within the specific hotel policy are subject up to 100% cancellation penalties.  On the hotel descriptions page, there will be a link to each hotel’s policy. 

• Management at individual hotels reserves all rights.
• Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Red Hot Vegas.

ACCURACY

We check and recheck facts about the travel product offered to ensure accuracy.  When we are told in advance of a significant change to a booking, we notify the consumer/travel agent/distributor as soon as possible.

BOOKING ARRANGEMENT

In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.  The contract will be governed by and subject to the Terms and Conditions.  No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Red Hot Vegas.

GOLF

By booking your tee time reservation(s) with Red Hot Vegas, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• All reservations booked with us will be charged to your credit card approximately 48 hours following the submission of billing/credit card details or earlier if applicable.  If you cancel for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.  The total price is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees.  The charge on your credit card statement will be from either Red Hot Vegas or the independent vendor.
• Tee Times are non-transferable and valid for only the name(s), times and dates supplied during the buying process.
• You must present your Red Hot Vegas confirmation slip, when applicable, at check-in along with your photo ID when checking in at the pro shop.  Confirmation slips presented without valid and corresponding photo ID will not be honored. 
• When you book your tee time with us, you authorize us to transmit your name, e-mail address and phone number to the golf course at which you booked the tee-time, as this is necessary for the booking and confirmation process.
• Red Hot Vegas is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect purchase price.  In a situation where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price, Red Hot Vegas is not responsible to fulfill the order.  In such situations, the customer will be notified and given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase.
• Our tee time rates are only available through our website RedHotVegas.co.uk and our call center. Phone # 877 811 8555 or 702 215 5283
• Your tee-time may be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment, and is subject to a fee of $25.00.  Cancellation requests that fall within the 72 hour window are subject up to 100% cancellation penalties.
• If the golf course is closed for any reason, for example due to weather, you are entitled to a full refund.

• Management at individual course reserves all rights.
• Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Red Hot Vegas.

NIGHTLIFE

By booking your nightlife reservation(s) with Red Hot Vegas, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• All VIP Host, tables, and express entry booked with us will be charged to your credit card approximately 48 hours after the submision of credit card/ billing information or earlier if applicable..  If you cancel for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.  The total price is the final amount you will be charged and includes all relative taxes, but excludes gratuities.  The total price also excludes any additional purchases made that aren’t included in the package.  For example:  additional drinks at a club, an extra plate at a restaurant.  The charge on your credit card statement will be from either Red Hot Vegas or the independent vendor.
• Reservations are non-transferable and valid only for the principle name and date supplied at the time of purchase.
• VIP access “Terms and Conditions” vary on a venue by venue basis.  Each venue has the right to modify all policies and procedures including changes due to special events or holidays.
• Your Red Hot Vegas itinerary/order notification is a receipt of your reservation with Red Hot Vegas and has no cash value.  Your itinerary is NOT a ticket and will not be accepted by nightclub staff at the door for admission.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a VIP Host.  Some clubs require specific attire.  Appropriate attire varies by club and possibly by special events in the club.  Please contact a Red Hot Vegas Customer Service Agent for questions regarding attire on (702) 433 2132
• Red Hot Vegas is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect purchase price.  In a situation where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price, Red Hot Vegas is not responsible to fulfill the order.  In such situations, the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase at the intended and correct price provided inventory is available or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase.
• Our VIP Hosts, table and express entry are only available by reserving packages through our web site or call center.  These cannot be obtained by calling the clubs directly, as they will not have our fees in their system.
• Management at individual clubs reserves all rights.
• All nightlife sales are final.  There are no cancellations or exchanges allowed.
• Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Red Hot Vegas.

RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS

By booking your restaurant reservation(s) with Red Hot Vegas, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• All restaurant reservations booked with us will be charged approximately 48 hours after submission of your credit card/ billing information or earlier if appropriate.    If you cancel for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.  The total price is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees.  The charge on your credit card statement will be from either Red Hot Vegas or the independent vendor.
• Restaurant reservations are non-transferable and valid for only the name(s), dates and times supplied during the reservation process.
• You must present your Red Hot Vegas confirmation slip, when applicable, along with your current photo ID when checking in at the hostess desk.
• Confirmation slips presented without valid and corresponding photo ID will not be honored.
• Requests for location of seating cannot be guaranteed.  However, we will try our hardest to accommodate your requests.
• Customers who make restaurant reservations reserve the privilege of immediate table availability.  The availability of reservations does not guarantee that the restaurant will be at capacity during your visit.
• For pre-set dinner menu bookings where alcohol or beverages (and associated tax) are not included in total purchase price, the customer will be billed for this additional charge by the restaurant directly.
• Some restaurants require specific attire.  Please call  877 811 8555 for these requirements.
• Red Hot Vegas offers restaurant reservations on behalf of restaurants, but does not determine seating locations.  Red Hot Vegas does not guarantee seating for additional persons not accounted for during the reservation process.  For example, if you made a reservation for four adults but a fifth person accompanied you to the restaurant, Red Hot Vegas does not guarantee seating for the fifth person.  There would also be an additional charge for the fifth dinner as it would not be included in the package.

• Red Hot Vegas is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect availability.  In a situation where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect availability, Red Hot Vegas is not responsible to fulfill the order.  In such situations, the customer will be notified and given the option of making an alternative reservation, provided availability.

• Management at individual restaurants reserves all rights.
• All bookings are final.  There are no cancellations or exchanges allowed.
• Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Red Hot Vegas.

SHOW TICKETS

By booking your show reservation(s) with Red Hot Vegas, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• All show tickets booked with us will be charged within 48 hours of submission of credit card / billing information or earlier if appropriate.  If you cancel for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.  The total price is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees.  The charge on your credit card statement will be from either Red Hot Vegas or the independent vendor.

• All ticket sales are final.  There are no cancellations or exchanges allowed.  If show/performance is cancelled in its entirety, then the ticket purchase will be refunded in full.
• You must present a current photo ID to pick up your tickets.  Tickets are available for pick-up at the box office will-call a few hours before show time. 
• In some cases, the section, type or number of tickets purchased will not be available; Red Hot Vegas will make every effort to fulfill the order and give the customer alternative options, in which case the customer will be credited the difference in the price of seats/tickets purchased versus the actual seats/tickets delivered.  Attendance of the show/event/performance constitutes the customers acceptance of the type of seat and/or section. 
• Ticket scalping is prohibited.  Any person who, without the written permission of the owner operator or manager of the property on which the event is to be held, sells a ticket of admission to the event at a price in excess of the price that is printed or endorsed upon the ticket is guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable by law.
• Red Hot Vegas is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect purchase price.  In situations where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price, Red Hot Vegas is not responsible to fulfill the order.  In such situations, the customer will be notified and given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase. 
• Our show ticket rates are only available through the website RedHotVegas.co.uk and our call center. Phone # 877 811 8555

• Management at individual box offices reserves all rights.

• Terms and Conditions are subject to change at Red Hot Vegas’s discretion.

SPA

By booking your spa reservation(s) with Red Hot Vegas, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• All reservations booked with us will be charged within 48 hours of submission of credit card / billing information or earlier if appropriate.  If you cancel for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.  The total price is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees.  The charge on your credit card statement will be from either Red Hot Vegas or the independent vendor.
• Spa reservations are non-transferable and valid for only the name(s), times and dates supplied during the buying process.
• You must present your Red Hot Vegas confirmation slip at check-in along with your current photo ID.  Confirmation slips presented without valid and corresponding photo ID will not be honored.
• When you book your reservation with us, you authorize us to transmit your name, e-mail address and phone number to the spa, as this is necessary for the booking and confirmation process.
• Your reservation may be changed up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment and is subject to a fee of $25.00.
• All spa sales are final.  There are no cancellations allowed.

• Red Hot Vegas is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect purchase price.  In a situation where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price, Red Hot Vegas is not responsible to fulfill the order.  In such situations, the customer will be notified and given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase.

• Management at individual spas reserves all rights.

• Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Red Hot Vegas.

TOURS

By booking your tour reservation(s) with Red Hot Vegas, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• All tours booked with us will be charged to your credit at the time of booking.  If you cancel for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.  The total price is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees.  The charge on your credit card statement will be from either Red Hot Vegas or the independent vendor.
• Certain tours have weight, age and other restrictions.  Because of their nature, certain tours may not be accessible to individuals with certain handicaps.
• Tour pictures may differ from the views you see on your tour.
• If you are unable to provide the Red Hot Vegas Customer Service Agent with a hotel location at the time your tour reservations are confirmed, it is your responsibility to call Red Hot Vegas at (877) 811 8555 at least 72 hours prior to your arrival in the destination of your stay with your hotel location for our pick-up.
• You must present your Red Hot Vegas confirmation slip along with a current photo ID upon check-in.
• By proceeding with this tour reservation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the individual tour providers.

• Each tour reservation may be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment, and is subject to a fee of $25.00.  Cancellation requests that fall within the 72 hour window are subject to 100% cancellation penalties.
• Tours are provided by multiple vendors and each has their own and unique Terms and Conditions.  Tours are also subject to availability of certain aircraft and the suitability of the weather for that specific tour and destination.

• Management at individual tour company reserves all rights.

• Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Red Hot Vegas.

TRAVEL CONFIRMATION SLIP(S)

Red Hot Vegas confirmation slips for each booking segment that requires such will be provided.  In some cases, the confirmation slip may not be required and a proper photo ID will be sufficient.  The follow-up email, fax or contact, to the order notification will highlight the specific confirmation slip requirements, if applicable.

VIP HOSTS:

The primary function of our hosts is to escort guests into the designated nightclub and/or gentleman’s club.  Guests will be given the hosts cellular phone number to contact the host to arrange a meeting time and location.  In addition, the host will be given the guest’s cellular phone number, if applicable, to contact you to set up a meeting time and location.  Please make sure all reasonable measures are made to make contact.  Should contact not be made, you must immediately contact Red Hot Vegas.

VIP Hosts will, at all times, act in a professional manner towards the guest.  It is strictly prohibited from becoming verbal or physical with the host.  Should a host become verbal or physical with the guest, please notify the security at the club you are patronizing.  Immediately inform Red Hot Vegas of the incident.

VIP Hosts will be allowed to accept additional gratuities from the guests.
